Professional growth and continuous improvement is constantly made a priority for each employee at Sure! Each employee has a combination of 1:1 meetings with their manager, in addition to weekly team meetings and 30/60/90 day goals from the minute you start at the company. If there is a goal you’d like to achieve, or something you would like to improve on, each employee is encouraged to speak with their manager to set a plan of action towards achieving that goal.
