How do you maintain flexibility & balance for your team?

Snowman understands the importance of balancing hard work with the things that matter most in life. That’s why we offer competitive vacation time, lieu days, transportation and sustenance for work outside of regular hours, and more. We prioritize the health of all individuals on our team and foster a fun and supportive environment through studio-wide activities and our daily interactions with each other.

We also offer flexible working hours and are open to working arrangements that support individual needs.

How do you ensure autonomy and plan for the future?

At Snowman, we do our best to make sure each person finds their own autonomy within their area of expertise and their work. We hire strategically to set people up for success while making sure that they're still challenged regularly. 

Playing to everyone’s strengths, leaders regularly turn to all members of the team for ideas and feedback. We believe that job titles shouldn't pigeonhole new ideas and avoid micromanaging or enforcing processes that overlook the way we perform as individuals. We are always looking for new ways to foster creativity and a receptive, open working environment. For us, the best idea always wins, no matter where it comes from.

We offer competitive vacation time and believe it’s important that everyone uses each of these days to ensure a healthy work-life balance!
