We're a fully remote team, with members located all over North America and Europe. We support work/life balance with benefits like three weeks of paid vacation, an extra paid week off around the December holidays, paid parental leave for both moms and dads, and a 3-month sabbatical for every three years a team member stays at Podia. How do you ensure autonomy and plan for the future?
While team leaders are ultimately responsible for strategy and planning, each team member is free to tackle their projects with any approach they see fit. We only schedule one all-hands team meeting per week, and outside of that, everyone works autonomously on their own schedule.
