We're a fully remote team, with members located all over North America and Europe. We support work/life balance with benefits like three weeks of paid vacation, an extra paid week off around the December holidays, paid parental leave for both moms and dads, and a 3-month sabbatical for every three years a team member stays at Podia. And as a platform that empowers thousands of side hustles, we encourage those, too!

While team leaders are ultimately responsible for strategy and planning, each team member is free to tackle their projects with any approach they see fit. We only schedule one all-hands team meeting per week, and outside of that, everyone works autonomously on their own schedule.

Every team member has monthly 1:1 coaching calls with their manager, a yearly performance review to identify successes and opportunities for improvement, and a $1,000 annual professional development credit (along with five paid professional development days) to focus on improving their skills.
