We integrate with channels like Vrbo, AirBnb, and Booking.com to seamlessly synchronize availability, rates, rules and listing content while taking online bookings, managing inquiries, and communicating with guests. We provide modern fast websites, guest checkout with e-sign renter agreements and can process payments directly, including auto-scheduled future payments with personalized messaging. We also provides travel insurance and damage protection insurance, as well as integration with QuickBooks, property management/owner statements, and other power features.

How do you maintain flexibility & balance for your team?

Where you live or work isn't important. We assume everyone is remote by default, and we have employees from California to Virginia. We work 40 hrs per week or less and have Unlimited PTO. We measure employee success on outcomes, not the number of hours in a chair. We pay well and treat team members with dignity and respect.

How do you ensure autonomy and plan for the future?

As much as possible, we promote written policies, being process-oriented and communication by email. Chat is used only for emergencies or between team members that are working actively on an active issue (eg. development releases). No one will ping you on chat to make sure you're working - that's not how we roll. Given our small size and customer base, we may need certain team members to be active during certain hours based on overlapping time zones.

How does your company try to hire people from underrepresented groups and improve the diversity of your team?

First, we respect and listen to all of our employees regardless of race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.

Then, we believe that in order to create a diverse team and take advantage of the power of diversity, we must be actively seeking out human beings from all walks of life, not just certain races or geographical locations. As we collect applications, we notice when someone's background is dissimilar from our team and take note of that as a potential advantage we can invest in.

Finally, as a young company, we are working on improving our processes around reaching disadvantaged communities in a more active and targeted way.

How do you support your team to grow and improve?

As a young company, we are looking to improve our process around long-term plans for improvement. We do not yet have a defined budget for personal growth but are open to discussing that based on team members' needs. We're in this for the long haul. We believe that team members are happiest when they feel included and see their work making a difference.
