Hi Rasmus is a people-first SaaS company making evidence-based autism care more accessible and effective. We help clinicians, caregivers, and educators make better decisions through real-time insights—reducing friction and improving outcomes.

Hi Rasmus profile

At Hi Rasmus, people are at the heart of everything we do. Whether you're just joining us or have been part of our journey, we’re excited to have you on board!

We’re on a mission to make evidence-based autism care accessible to families everywhere. 🌍 Families shouldn’t have to uproot their lives to access support—that’s why we break down barriers while keeping the human touch at the center of our work. Our goal? To positively impact the lives of 1 million children with autism.

Rooted in a culture that values trust, collaboration, and balance, we foster a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered.

How do you maintain flexibility & balance for your team?

We believe great work happens when people have the space to live full lives outside of it. As a remote-first team across multiple countries and time zones, we prioritize flexibility, trust, and outcomes over hours online. You won’t find a culture of overwork here—we aim for sustainable pace and encourage people to take time off when they need it. We also recognize that life isn’t one-size-fits-all, and we support different working styles, caregiving needs, and schedules.

How do you ensure autonomy and plan for the future?

We operate with a high level of trust and ownership. Teams and individuals are empowered to take ownership of their work, while staying aligned through clear company priorities and OKRs. Managers act as coaches rather than gatekeepers, and we encourage bottom-up thinking alongside clear leadership direction.

Planning is collaborative but not chaotic; we aim for clarity over consensus, and we’re intentional about who owns decisions so we can move quickly while staying aligned.

A blend of asynchronous and synchronous communication (we use Slack, but prioritize thoughtful, async-first collaboration where possible).
Deep Work

How does your company try to hire people from underrepresented groups and improve the diversity of your team?

We’re building a company rooted in empathy, and that starts with how we show up for each other. Our mission naturally attracts people who care deeply about making systems more inclusive for neurodiverse individuals, and we aim to reflect that internally. We use structured hiring practices, application questions instead of cover letters, and clear evaluation criteria to reduce bias and create more equitable opportunities.

We’re not perfect. As we grow, we’re continuing to invest in making our hiring pipelines more diverse, improving how we support managers in inclusive leadership, and ensuring our systems scale in a way that truly supports belonging—not just representation.

How do you support your team to grow and improve?

We believe growth should be intentional, not accidental. Every team member has regular 1:1s focused not just on work, but on development and long-term goals. We’ve built a career and leveling framework to provide clarity on progression, and we invest in leadership development through internal programs like our Leadership Lab.

We encourage continuous learning through real work, feedback, and dedicated development support. Growth at Hi Rasmus isn’t about titles—it’s about increasing impact, ownership, and capability over time.
