Currently, we work 4 day / 32-hour workweeks every other week and are experimenting with permanent 4-day workweeks. We don't work weekends. We want you to enjoy your life outside of work and be able to prioritize your physical/mental health. Our leadership models this behavior, it's not just lip service. Hours aren't logged or looked at. If your work is done, that is all that matters.

Autonomy varies at different levels, but generally, you are assigned goals with some direction and it is up to the employee as to how to accomplish the goals.
