We have unlimited leave, and when we say that, we mean it. We encourage that everyone on the team take a minimum of 4 weeks, but there really is no limit to what you can take.
How do you ensure autonomy and plan for the future?
Everyone on the team is encouraged to work on what they think is best for our customers. Anyone can join calls, chats, or channels about features that we are adding to Cliniko.
