How do you maintain flexibility & balance for your team?
We believe in healthy living, and we’re dedicated to building a workplace that helps everyone find their own healthy balance, mentally and physically. Here are just a few ways we encourage self-care and actively support the creation of work-life harmony:
Remote-First
We offer a remote-first culture with team members spread out across Germany, Spain, Portugal, and the U.K. You’ll be able to enjoy the flexibility of working from home (or a coworking space, if you prefer) while still feeling connected to the team.
No Overtime
We value focus and efficiency over putting in long work hours. We do not work overtime and, on the rare occasions this is necessary, you can take the additional hours off at another time.
Flexibility
At YAZIO, you'll have plenty of flexibility: Not only can you decide where you work from, you can also decide when. Our core working hours are from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. CET — beyond that, your work hours are flexible.
