How do you maintain flexibility & balance for your team?
Remote work dictates our daily life at Givebutter, and since we’ve always been remote, it’s truly a mindset. Committing to working remotely means that you tailor your communications, habits, tools, meetings, etc. to be efficient in a remote setting. Everything you get in an office is possible in a remote setting; it just takes creativity.
