How do you maintain flexibility & balance for your team?
We are remote first and primarily communicate using our own platform. We keep calls to a minimum and encourage autonomous, self-directed work. There are no set schedules and we encourage work-life balance.
How do you ensure autonomy and plan for the future?
The use of our own community platform encourages civilized discourse. We do not silo departments, everyone has viewership of what's going on around them within the company and have a grasp of their context within the bigger picture.
How does your company try to hire people from underrepresented groups and improve the diversity of your team?
As a global company, we don't let borders define who we hire. We hire the best for the job. Our team is diverse hailing from all backgrounds. We pride ourselves on a culture consisting of people of myriad gender diversity, the LQBTQIA community, religion and race. Part of our success as a company comes from a wide range of experiences and approaches.
