We are a remote-first team with colleagues working all across the US and Canada. We "work to live" instead of "live to work". We're closed every other Friday and offer unlimited PTO, generous parental leave, and excellent healthcare benefits.

We work every day to facilitate an inclusive and anti-racist workplace by actively promoting an environment where all employees know they are truly valued and treated equally.

In addition to having a structured interview process designed to eliminate bias we have invested in sourcing directly from underrepresented communities. We have made a lot of progress recently but still have lots of work to do.
