We are a team of more than 30 digital experts from the areas of Growth, Creative, MarTech, and Reach who help startups, medium-sized companies, and global players scale their business models. Growth marketing, marketing automation, sales automation, lean startup, A / B tests—we live digitalization and love new challenges. True to our motto "Dream big, get shit done, know how to have fun," we are looking for people with the same hands-on attitude who enjoy their work, get involved, and think outside the box. How do you maintain flexibility & balance for your team?

For us, the right work-life balance isn’t just a theory, it’s something that takes practice. We take the liberty of organizing our working hours flexibly—so everyone stays motivated and committed. For instance, we don't have core working times, we offer unlimited remote working, but also the possibility to meet colleagues in the office if face-to-face interaction helps you recharge.

The classic 40-hour week is simply not practical for everyone, which is why we also support a 32 hour or 4-day model. On top of that, any overtime can be converted directly into free time - if that doesn't put you in a good mood and motivate you at work!

How do you ensure autonomy and plan for the future?

With us, every opinion counts—whether you're a working student or a manager. Everyone has a say. Starting with hiring decisions, bringing in new ideas for projects, and setting new company goals. Transparency, as well as open and honest communication, is our secret sauce for success.

We wouldn’t be advalyze if we worked with customers and companies whose values collided with our own. Therefore, we only support projects that we believe in 100%.

Long-Term Planning Shared Goal Setting

How does your company try to hire people from underrepresented groups and improve the diversity of your team?

Our team is becoming more and more international and our company language is English. We gender in our job ads so as not to exclude anyone with our language when it comes to finding the best people for advalyze. We recently have created an "Inclusive Language" handbook to sensitize and raise awareness among our employees as a first step into a more inclusive environment.

How do you support your team to grow and improve?

All permanent employees have an annual training budget of 1000 euros and at 3-month intervals, we discuss the employees' personal career goals. Apart from that, each employee has a weekly 1:1 personal check-in to see how they are doing. And if there is something important to discuss in between, everyone has an open ear—no matter if founder or colleague.
